The
Shire of Talmere invites you to the AS XLII assembly of the Royal
University of Meridies. Join seekers of knowledge for a weekend
of learning and sharing; night-time class slots will be offered
to help beat the heat and expand class time. Hasten to reserve your
chateau by the lake and a place at the table, as feast is limited
to 150 for Lord Guillaume's European lowlands cuisine. The WOW Camp offers limited beds in air-conditioned cabins or dorms (with showers and toilets) and ample space for camping. Fires in above ground braziers only. No parking will be allowed within the eventing area, vehicles will be allowed in long enough to unload then directed to parking areas. Merchants
are welcome with no set up fees! There are no formal tourneys scheduled
for RUM, but a field will be made available for pick-up fights and
waterbearers will be on hand. Plenty of room for day-pavilions around
the fighting field. We encourage attendees to bring pavilions and
banners to help decorate the center field. |
